How fast will I hear back?
We read every message ourselves and aim to reply within one business day.
Where is my order?
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived, send us your order number and we will chase it for you.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped yet, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we will sort it.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Message us with your location and we will confirm what we can do. Shipping is free on every order we accept.
