These terms govern your use of the PepChoice website and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

Products and pricing We try to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel an order affected by an error, even after it has been submitted.

Orders and payment When you place an order you make an offer to buy the listed products. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Our store runs on Shopify and payment is processed securely through Shopify's hosted checkout; by checking out you also agree to Shopify's terms. We may cancel an order and issue a refund if a product is unavailable or an error is found.

Shipping and delivery We ship across Canada and the United States, with free shipping on every order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns If something isn't right, contact us at orders@pepchoice.com within 30 days and we'll work with you to make it right. Some items may not be returnable for hygiene reasons once opened.

Use of the products Our products are cosmetic and for external use on intact skin only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label, perform a patch test, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical concern. Individual results may vary.

Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by PepChoice or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepChoice is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
