PepChoice ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you purchase. When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.
We also automatically collect basic technical information through standard web logs and, where enabled, cookies. This may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, which helps us keep the site working and understand how it is used.

Payments Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. We do not see or store your full card details. Shopify handles your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and the PCI-DSS security standard.
Sharing your information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide their service. These currently include Shopify (store platform and payments), shipping carriers and email tools [add Google, Meta, and any chat provider once live]. We may also disclose information where required by law. Some of these providers are located outside Canada, which means your information may be processed in other countries and be subject to the laws of those countries.
Cookies We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality such as remembering your cart [add: for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel, which sets identifiers such as _fbp) — once those are live]. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
