How to Use
1. Mist 5–10 sprays over clean skin, focusing on areas such as the legs, arms, shoulders, or bottoms of the feet.
2. Gently rub the product into the skin if desired.
3. Allow the product to air dry before getting dressed.
4. For a nighttime routine, apply approximately 15 minutes before sleep.
5. Wash your hands after application.
Important: What You May Feel
A mild tingling sensation can occur when magnesium oil is first applied, particularly if your skin is sensitive or dry. This sensation may decrease with continued use.
If the tingling becomes uncomfortable, rinse the area with water.
